Abstract

Struggle for peace and co-existence is the utter need of hour in the current review of global village setting of the world. Sayyed Ali Hujweri (May God bless him and grant him peace) is the very strong spokesman and significantly practical personage for the propagation of peace promotional co-existence theory in the world. In the light of Qur’an, Hadith, Islamic Caliphate and Islamic history, Sayyed-e-Hujwer RehmatUllah alaih presents practical examples for the promotion of peace, affection, humane attitude, respect and regard for the humanity. He lays special emphasis upon ‘Ulama, Umara and Fuqara’ for acquiring the condition of co-existence and peace in the society. Sayyed-e-Hujweri Rehmat Ullah alaih identifies the most important role of foot, tongue, eye and mouth for acquiring the state of peace and stability in the society. He points out specific  tools for the acquisition of this peaceful state, i.e.cleanliness, brotherhood, forgiveness, sincerity, repentance, sacrifice, patience,thankfulness, truthfulness, trust in Allah Almighty, Knowledge (Ilm-e-Nafeh),loyalty, harmony,  noble company, Dua’(Prayer) and prostration  to Allah Almighty. This paper contains a picture of “Peace-Tree” in the light of “Kashf-ul-Mahjoob’’.

This paper has special curricular significance for the subject of Islamic Studies, Social Studies, Religious Studies, Civics and Education. Methodologically, this paper has been written through content analysis of Sayyed Ali Hujweri‘Rehmat-Ullah alaih’s world famous spiritual work. “Kashf-ul-Mehjoob”.
