This study explores the principles of the Chishti Sufi order and examines the pivotal role of selected Chishti saints in shaping the social, cultural, and ethical fabric of the Indian subcontinent. The research delves into how core Chishti teachings—such as love, service to humanity, tolerance, non-violence, and the concept of wahdat al-wujud (Unity of Being)—influenced social structures, cultural integration, and the ethical revival of society. Through a historical, analytical, and critical approach, the study highlights the contributions of prominent figures, including Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti, Baba Fariduddin Ganjshakar, Khwaja Nizamuddin Auliya, Amir Khusrau, and Syed Muhammad Gesudaraz. It examines their practical initiatives, such as the establishment of inclusive spiritual centers (khanqahs), the promotion of communal harmony through music and poetry, and their advocacy for economic justice and linguistic diversity. Additionally, the study considers the enduring relevance of Chishti teachings in addressing contemporary social issues, underscoring their significant impact on fostering Hindu-Muslim relations, social equity, and cultural synthesis in the present day.
